If BPI was not taken into account, Msia’s score would jump to 4.5 and the country ranking would remain at 56.”<br /><br />Is it considered a "JUMP" if the Index improved slightly from 4.4 to 4.5? 0.1 is the minimal tick.<br /><br />Even excluding BPI, Malaysia is still ranked #56. Just minimal improvement in the index and no improvement in ranking.
