Lion Spaghetti: Corporate Governance

Let me see, if I buy a share of Lion Diversified, than I also have a share in Lion Corp (direct & indirect), because of that I own even more of Lion Diversified (indirect) and some Lion Industries (direct & indirect), but I also own a part of Lion Industries through Lion Diversified (direct & indirect) and because of that I own even more of Lion Diversified and of Lion Corp, and because of that .....

Who can invent something like this? From a Corporate Governance point of view this is "not advisable", to put it very mildly.
